Services for improving yourself!
Hi, how are ya!
Today I would like to tell you more (than you ACTUALLY know) about current useful services for self-studying concerning learning more and more, and more, and more, and more............foreign languages.
There are 4 skills of language learning:
1. Reading & Listening
https://www.er-central.com/ - ER stands for Extensive Reading, and the whole Extensive Reading Central is a non-profit organisation. It offers FREE English learning services to the EFL community through its website and mobile app to employ Extensive Reading and Extensive Listening in English learning. It suits to both students & teachers. One of the disadvantages of that site is the amount of advertising appearing there, so you either pay or bear the ads.
2. Grammar
http://www.ets.org/toefl - the TOEFL Family of Assessments helps illuminate the path by providing trusted information to help you make more confident decisions based on students’ English proficiency. Whether for admissions or placement, advancement or exiting, the TOEFL Family of Assessments provides the valuable information you need to make important decisions about your students and your institution, school or program.
3. Vocabulary
https://www.ldoceonline.com/ - the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English – widely known as LDOCE – uses 2000 common words in the definitions to make understanding easy. The 9000 most important words to learn are highlighted with three red circles ●○○ and the most common meanings of a word are shown first. In addition, 88,000 example sentences are pronounced by British or American native speakers of English.
I hope it'll be helpful for you and your future experience in language learning. Share your comments down below!
