Google has launched its Google Apps services specifically for educational institutions. Let's see how these resources help the school. Google Apps for Education is a familiar set of Google services, but educationally oriented. The same Gmail email service, the same Drive cloud storage, the same table, document, presentation and website services (Sheets, Docs, Slides and Sites).
1. GOOGLE FORMS
It is very easy to create questionnaires using Google Forms. Ideal for homework and self-study in the classroom. And teacher gets the answers well structured.
2. GOOGLE DOCS AND GOOGLE SHEETS
The most important thing in any Google application is to work together. Google Docs and Google Sheets allows you to track in real time any changes made to the document, leave notes, fixes, use the built-in chat. The ideal tool for group work on text and work on errors.
A great feature of Google Docs for the teacher is the ability to track changes made to the document by each participant using the Revision History function.
3. GOOGLE SLIDES
Google Slides is a web-based version of Power Point with the same set of basic presentation tools. What's convenient?
First of all, it is free of charge, unlike Microsoft Offfice.
Secondly, it allows you to start creating a presentation together quickly,
Thirdly, like the vast majority of Google services, this one is available from different devices (computer, tablet, smartphone).
4. GOOGLE DRAWING
Though it seems that the name Google Drawing hints at the application meaning "drawing", it is not quite like this. This service is designed to quickly build (literally in two clicks) diagrams and schemes.
Do you use any Google Services? Share your opinion!
Thanks for being with me xxx
